Chapter Chapter 3 in Cross-Cultural Practices in Business and Finance, 2023, pp 37-52 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Culture shockCulture shock is an emotional reaction that people have when they encounter a change, or new experiences, because of which their long-held beliefs get challenged. Culture shock can be experienced by people who stay in their own country and can be even more challenging to deal with when they move to another country or meet people from other countries/cultures.
