Chapter Chapter 12 in Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management, 2022, pp 291-308 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The idea of TCOM is clearly not about one person doing something that other people replicate. The approach requires large numbers of people working together in different ways to promote the implementation of person-centered care at all levels of the system. To facilitate this vision, a field must be developed. Like any other collaborative process, there has to be something of value for everyone who chooses to participate. This chapter discusses the support and development of the TCOM field.
