Abstract:
Abstract This chapter discusses the implications of managing transformational offerings. Initially, I discuss the fundamental differences between managing services and managing transformational offerings. The differences are both subtle and profound. In studying these differences, it becomes clear why we have the challenges we currently experience. However, the pathway forward towards an approach to managing change as a business enterprise. Not all of the strategies to shift to a transformational system need to financial.
