Chapter Chapter 1 in Linear Models and Design, 2022, pp 1-26 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter introduces the fundamental concepts and terminology of the text. It includes a discussion of identifiability and, most crucially, a description of the various ways we will describe linear constraints and linear hypotheses. The latter is given in Lemma 1.33. Note especially the use of subspaces of the parameter space to represent hypotheses.
