Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents a detailed discussion of the findings of the quantitative and qualitative analyses used for this study and combines all its findings to construct and develop an innovation adoption model for ERP application. It presents the conclusions drawn from the research propositions and problems based on the literature review and collected data. It articulates the contribution and practical implications of the current research for employees and organisations in innovation adoption, particularly in regard to ERP applications. It also describes the strengths and limitations of the conducted studies and suggests areas for future empirical research. Finally, a number of concluding remarks end the chapter.
