Abstract:
Abstract This chapter will consider MacIntyre’s work directly alongside Pearce’s conception of social enterprisesocial enterprise. The radical form of social enterprise is fully developed in this chapter, based on Pearce’s original definition of a general social enterprise and his definition of radical, as distinct from reformistreformist. As presented and detailed in the previous chapter, Pearce identified characteristics and valuesvalues for social enterprise, which will be considered in the context of MacIntyre.
