Chapter 14 in Learning and Teaching Business, 2023, pp 147-152 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract A “can-do”, “eager to do”, and “smiling” attitude is key. Motivation and happiness go together. Innovation is always important, and this is clearly related to positive and proactive behavior. Things go better with a “smile”! A crisis mode might only be a driver of innovation in exceptional cases.
