Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, the impact on organizational ethics caused by the model of Organizational Structuralism proposed in this book and the need for a new ethics of organizations are thought of and discussed. Naturally, as in every other dissertation regarding ethics the fundamental considerations go well beyond the boundaries of any organization. The universal dimension of organizational structuralism and the applicable implications will inevitably cause the developing of collective imaginary structures starting from the canonical organizational structures and will expand to the environment of influence of the organization. In an attempt to overcome the classical dilemma between teleology and deontology, a new approach regarding organizational ethics is proposed based on “deontonomy”. Such an approach could be influenced but at the same time exercise influence by means of an interaction between organizational structuralism and dominant traits of national cultures. On the other hand, organizational structuralism may not be other but a constitutive element of strong thought.
