Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 2 presents a brief outline of the historical and logical evolution of organizations underlining some milestones and breakthrough moments as well as some critical aspects which emerged in organizational development mainly during the last thirty years. A critical analysis regarding exclusively behavioural Organizational Fields and Organizational Processes is also presented. Aspects regarding the Total Quality Management Systems, the hunt of Competencies and the hunt of Performances structured formalization, evaluation and development systems are also presented and analyzed. Some synthetic analysis of the recent years and the actual situation is also proposed.
