Chapter Chapter 3 in The New Era of Real Estate, 2022, pp 45-65 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Real estate investment requires time managing the assets owned to maximize achieved results. Real estate management activities are based on the information collected, professionals and companies that can help manage the asset, and the medium- and long-term strategy defined for each asset owned. This chapter focused on proptech’s services that can be requested for both transaction-intensive and Judgment-intensive projects. It will also evaluate the support provided in constructing the medium- and long-term investment strategy for the portfolio of assets owned.
