Abstract: Abstract This chapter explains the wealth creation process. It discusses Georgia’s tax liberalization reforms and political and economic factors which allowed it to succeed. It explains Georgia’s customs, tariff and trade liberalization and how it supported Georgia’s regional economic positioning.
