Abstract This chapter discusses Georgia’s improved business climate, modernized public services, regulatory simplification and outsourcing, liberalized labor regulations, equal treatment of foreign and domestic investors, privatization and corporatization of state-owned enterprises and assets, liberalized visa and residence permit rules, competition and economic freedom.
