Abstract:
Abstract This chapter considers factors associated with supply chain performance (SCP) and investigates linkages between SCP and a variety of issues, which include enterprise resource planning systems, blockchain technology (BCT), data analytics, and supply chain sustainability. The chapter also provides an illustration of how these issues relate to (SCP). A holistic model to enhance SCP is presented. The chapter can help enhance supply chain operation efficiency.
