Abstract:
Abstract This exploratory study discusses the implementation of an experiential learning MBA capstone course in a private liberal arts institution. We compared the experiences of adult students who participated in the experiential learning project with the experiences of those who did not. The experiential learning students reported a greater degree of satisfaction with the course (4.6%) and with their experience as consultants (14%) than the traditional students.
