Abstract: Abstract Our research has as its starting point the principle of triangulation (triangulation strategy) in the context of a dynamic and complex reality in the sociohuman field, which requires the corroboration of several theoretical and methodological perspectives and the study of several data sources, with the aim of obtaining a more comet and valid image of the reality proposed for analysis. In this context, two complementary studies were carried out, one qualitative and one quantitative, each with objectives derived from the purpose of the research.
