Chapter 4 in Learning Transformational Leadership, 2023, pp 55-74 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter describes the choice of method, the linings we face, and the assessments, considerations, and dilemmas we meet concerning the scientific techniques in the book’s various studies. Why was a longitudinal mixing method chosen, and what advantages does this method choice give us? We describe the options and the background for these, which we faced in the various parts of the scientific procedure and analysis process.
