Chapter 6 in Learning Transformational Leadership, 2023, pp 85-121 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter considers the postal results of the quantitative and qualitative surveys. The first central part presents the quantitative results from the intervention and control groups. The qualitative findings from learning and the learning processes in the surveys are presented in the second part. The findings are then analyzed and discussed. Which of the full-scale factors are the ones that have changed the most? Do the leaders say they have changed something in their leadership behavior during the period? What experiences did the coaches have, and what issues and obstacles with the coachee through the coaching?
