Abstract: Abstract The research question is to investigate whether the participants in the transformation leader intervention will practice more potent transformation leader qualities after completing the course. We will review and see to what extent the empirical evidence helps answer the question. What does the empiric reveal of leadership development elements describe what happens in this intervention, including the role coaching, feedback, and reflection play in developing transformational leadership?
