Abstract:
Abstract This chapter continued our analysis of case studies in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) fraud and hacks. It began with a discussion of Nirvana Finance, Beanstalk, bZx hacks, Compound Finance, and Alchemix hacks. The chapter then proceeded to provide an overview of how DeFi bridges work. It then proceeded to discuss case studies in DeFi hacks including those at Multichain, Wormhole, and Harmony’s Horizon Bridge.
