Chapter Chapter 3 in Business Strategy for a Better Normal, 2023, pp 29-48 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is concerned with diagnosing and analyzing industries and their environments as well as developing decision-making tools to prescribe strategies to gain a competitive advantage over rivals. We should consider the disparate needs and expectations of all stakeholders and how those needs may sometimes come into conflict. Consensus can often be difficult to achieve, especially during periods of great uncertainty or what strategists call turbulent environments.
