Abstract: Abstract Robert B. Eckhardt, Ph.D., is an evolutionary biologist affiliated with the Huck Institute of the Biological Sciences at the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania. His joint doctorate in Anthropology and Human Genetics was earned at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His primary scientific focus is the evolution of past and present human molecular and morphological diversity. Particular interests are skeletal variations and polymorphisms and the origin of human upright posture and bipedal locomotion. He also is a private Value Investor operating independently in the intellectual tradition of Benjamin Graham and David Dodd for more than 50 years. At the core of his libertarian values are free market capitalism, sound money, and government limited to the prevention of force and fraud.
