A Voyage of Discovery

Chapter Chapter 3 in Libertarian Autobiographies, 2023, pp 13-17 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract I was born a libertarian without knowing it and discovered this in a long journey. First, I became aware of libertarianism in high school. I searched for answers to the questions about economic growth, poverty, recessions, and unemployment. The classical liberal answers seemed to me the right ones and after a short political experiment I discovered Mises and Rothbard, and the Austrian School. After that, through Prof. Hoppe’s suggestion, I got to Auburn and from there on to Prof. Huerta de Soto in Madrid, where I live and work today.
