Abstract: Abstract This section describes the process adopted to gather, process and analyse the data. It starts from the literature about data mining and Knowledge Discovery in databases and follows by describing thoroughly the scraping, wrangling and pre-processing phases also from an applied perspective. The observation period, i.e., when the data mining process has been conducted, goes from May 2019 to October 2020.
