Abstract This chapter will examine volunteerism by looking at GRACE (formerly Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange), a social services agency through a quantitative approach. It takes a deep dive into millennial behavior by asking questions about volunteerism and different activities that can impact volunteerism and philanthropy.
