Abstract This chapter summarizes the whole process of innovationInnovation of a new product/process and the key factors influencing the success/failure. Starting from the concept phase, it is time to take a look at the whole process and try to understand the key factors that can lead to successful fast track innovation. Now that the whole process of innovation has been discussed, the authors would like to discuss briefly about commercializationCommercialization, different pathways for commercialization, and its importance for a successful entrepreneur. Finally, some words of caution and suggestions are presented for the start-upsStart-ups.
