Chapter Chapter 4 in Banking and Financial Markets, 2023, pp 59-71 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter illustrates some of the possible banking business areas in favour of firms. To this end, a focus on the traditional lending activity is given as well as on other financial services a bank may provide to firms. The underlying logic is to understand the extension of the offer of financial products, which may promote the enhancing of the banks-firms relationship along a perspective of an increasing integration between financial markets and intermediaries.
