Chapter Chapter 2 in Using R for Trade Policy Analysis, 2023, pp 69-107 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter replicates in R some of the examples and exercises from the first Chapter in the UNCTAD & WTO’s A Practical Guide to Trade Policy Analysis. The reader will learn, for example, how to import Stata files, how to generate new variables, how to subset and reshape data sets, how to generate panel id, how to run regressions, how to plot with plot() and ggplot(), how to make dynamic plots etc. through practical examples applied to international trade analysis.
