Chapter Chapter 8 in Entrepreneurship in a Time of Social Justice Advocacy, 2023, pp 163-189 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines other possible sources of postmodernpostmodern grievancegrievance and intersectionalintersectional remunerationremuneration. Their specification justifies more identities that could be potentially disadvantaged. In the postmodern tradition, proof of a valid grievance is sufficient if a person’s feelingsfeelings have been offended. Whether a perceived grievance becomes a transaction cost and rises to the level of market failure is an empirical question that could bankrupt many entrepreneurs.
