Abstract: Abstract The agenda set by Sustainable Development GoalsSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 demarcated our interest in attaining environmental sustainability in the context of three Asian countries (ChinaChina, MalaysiaMalaysia, and PakistanPakistan). Environmental issues are among the most important societal challenges across the globe; hence, enterprises are deliberately making efforts to be green. Environmentally friendly activities are deployed to enhance the quality of human life and safeguard the global environment. Researchers are exploring how a sustainable environment can be materialized while implementing green HR practices (GHRP). Although fewer studies are offered in this milieu, these are insufficient and call for conceptual clarity and literature (Tuan, Computers in Human Behavior 129, 2022). Therefore, a systematic literature review will be performed using R studio software and VOSviewer to better understand the phenomenon of GHRP and its association with environmental sustainability. To do so, an extensive review of a sample of publications between 2000 and 2022 was retrieved from the Scopus and WOS databases. The findings of the study set the tone for future researchers on how global HR practices can be halted to enhance environmental sustainability. The extant study has significant theoretical and practical implications for practitioners and policymakers.
