Abstract:
Abstract Building on Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) Theory and relational goods, real-world business cases have been explored. In particular, the analysis has been conducted through the use of a mixed-method analysis. Firstly, managers of the companies were interviewed to investigate how they nurture relationship within their respective organizations. Second, a survey has been administered to employees. Results show how relational goods fit within the DOI Theory and could help a smooth digital transformation process in SMEs.
