Abstract: Abstract Relational goods may play a role in digital transformation processes of SMEs. In particular, managers should invest in nurturing relationships between themselves and employees, and among employees. Whether these initiatives will be successful, it will be possible to create an environment in which it may be possible to engage all the subjects in digital transformation.
