Abstract:
Abstract Over the years, the subject of corporate governance has progressed and has become a topical issue of public interest. However, researchers and policymakers have ignored the concept of good corporate governance practices among NDBs. Good corporate governance is an important segment in the corporate decision-making process of NDBs, and yet are the least considered in corporate governance literature.
