Abstract: Abstract This chapter provides an overview of the contents of the Palgrave Handbook of Global Migration in International Business. The impact of migration on society, business and migrants is emphasized. Migration has changed the landscape of international business in various ways, and MNEs play a crucial and dual role in affecting and mitigating negative consequences of migration on societies, business, and individuals. These issues are discussed from a variety of perspectives as the key themes of the book are highlighted. The book is organized on five themes representing different levels of analysis. Chapters are briefly outlined, concluding with a discussion of topics for future research.
