Chapter Chapter 1 in Statistical Methods: Connections, Equivalencies, and Relationships, 2023, pp 1-12 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the structure of the book, which more or less follows the order of chapters in most introductory textbooks on statistical methods with chapters on one-sample tests, two-sample tests, matched-pair tests, completely randomized designs, randomized-block designs, correlation and association, measures of ordinal association, measures of nominal association, and a final chapter on fourfold contingency tables. A brief overview of each of the 13 substantive chapters is included in Chap. 1 .
