Abstract: Abstract This chapter tries to familiarize the reader of the historical transformations that humanity went through to reach the current situation, moving from the hunter-gatherer stage to the tribal stage, to the agricultural stage, to the industrial stage, and finally to the knowledge stage in which we are living today. It also explains the process of transformation and the forces that caused it.
