The youth entrepreneurshipEntrepreneurship ecosystemEcosystem might ensure awareness of business Opportunitiesopportunities and risks and how to innovatively manage them. To create initiatives and research that impacts and is effective in a youth entrepreneurshipEntrepreneurship ecosystem, it needs to be approached using a systemic action learning and action research (SALARSystemic Action Learning Action Research Phases (SALAR)) approach in shifting hope activating potential entrepreneurshipEntrepreneurship (SHAPEShifting Hope, Activating Potential Entrepreneurship (SHAPE)). This chapter describes the development of a modelModel(s) that details the change needed to facilitate transformation in each of these ‘sets’, and the establishment of a support System(s)system needed to boost IEO among students. The development and validation of the proposed modelModel(s) to transform and sustain change in entrepreneurial activity was done through empirical observation and evaluation of functioning within a group of identified youth.
