Abstract:
Abstract In keeping with the statedPost-SHAPE paradigm for this research, namely, that the practitioner-researcher and the participants learn jointly from their past and current experiences, I provide the following autobiographical Case studycase study, in which I reflect on the experiences in my own life (entrepreneurial experiences in particular) that I believe qualified me to lead the Shifting Hope, Activating Potential Entrepreneurship (SHAPE)SHAPE systemic action learning and action research (SALARSALAR) project.
