Chapter 3 in The Future-Ready Leader, 2023, pp 15-17 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The socio-, geo-, and political contexts in which the firm finds itself shall always evolve. World affairs will tend to change, often dramatically and at a rapid pace. The COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukrainian war are just two examples. So, how do we deal with such events? How do we make sure to observe, analyze, react, sometimes even predict or foresee these types of changes, in order to be sure that we might withstand and perhaps even “master” this type of change? In this Part, we shall simply observe current world and political events and trends.
