Abstract: Abstract Let me first elaborate on what I see as a fundamental motivation for me as a leader and individual, indeed a passion that has driven me in the past and still continues to inspire me to learn every day. And this learning should focus on the future, stimulate one’s thinking about the future, and help anticipate the future. In contrast, learning should not dwell on the past nor on mastering what is already established as known phenomena.
