Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this lesson is to provide a unified summary of how R is used to engage in statistical analyses and produce graphical presentations of outcomes, focusing on use in biostatistics. Along with the use of Base R, this lesson will also address use of the tidyverse ecosystem. Going beyond early presentations in this text, this lesson will provide a heightened degree of formality to the processes used in statistics, processes that are common to any dedicated approach to statistical analyses.
