Abstract: Zusammenfassung Hoshin kanri hat verschiedene Teile, die unabhängig von ihrer Implementierung genutzt werden können, wie zum Beispiel den PDCA Zyklus (eine genauere Definition findet sich im Glossar (6)), Problemlösungsmethoden und den KPI-Baum. Darüber hinaus sind auch einige Management- oder Organisationspraktiken in Hoshin kanri nützlich, wie zum Beispiel die Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten, die umgekehrte Pyramide, der „Z-Ansatz“ und die operative & funktionale Organisation. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt, wie diese Hoshin kanri zugute kommen.
