Abstract: Abstract Different types of fuzzy numbers are now available in the literature. Based on the nature or shape of the membership function, the fuzzy number can be classified as: triangular fuzzy number (TFN), trapezoidal fuzzy number, hexagonal fuzzy number, octagonal fuzzy number, etc. The triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs) are frequently used in different applications, as it is a very natural extension of real numbers.
