Chapter Chapter 5 in Value Co-Creation Processes in Circular Firms, 2024, pp 115-120 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, I discuss the findings stemming from the cross-case comparison, and I propose an empirical framework of value co-creation processes in the context of circular entrepreneurship from an organizational perspective. I discuss how the value co-creation processes with customers/potential customers can lead to organizational legitimacy and contribute to developing a learning loop that allows firms to become learning organizations. Finally, I discuss the framework and the findings in light of the extant literature and underline the key contributions offered by the present research.
