Abstract: Abstract This chapter offers some final remarks about the specific contributions that this study brings to the academic literature: I here highlight the theoretical contributions and advance managerial suggestions. I also point out the limitations of the study, and I advance future avenues for research. I conclude with final reflections aiming to be inspirational for scholars, students, and practitioners alike.
