Abstract: Abstract La parola “Leadership” è universalmente associata a un significato positivo. Nelle pagine precedenti, nonostante le inevitabili critiche, che erano necessarie per commentare le loro azioni, abbiamo descritto eroi le cui azioni hanno avuto, alla fine, un effetto complessivamente positivo sul gruppo che li aveva investiti del potere. D’ora in poi, invece, discuteremo del comportamento di personalità le cui azioni, crediamo, hanno avuto un effetto negativo complessivo sul loro popolo. Pertanto, abbiamo deciso di usare, con una connotazione di significato negativo, la parola “dittatore”.
