Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, I outline the data sources and empirical approaches employed to explore the enduring economic effects of Christian missionaries in Zambia. Utilizing a diverse range of historical, geographical, and contemporary data, I employ distinct empirical strategies. Furthermore, I address the inherent limitations of the data.
