Abstract:
Abstract This essay focuses on a wide and evergreen, always particularly challenging, issue, which can be summarized under the label of “quality of workQuality of work”, looking at it from an organizational perspective. Therefore, and more precisely, it offers some suggestions with regard to the role that Human Resource Management can play in helping to precise better this concept, to improve its contents and to work to increase it.
