Abstract:
Abstract The CIPO model is a popular model introduced by UNESCO in education. This chapter proposes a policy to manage public services in preschools according to the CIPO approach. The first part introduces and analyzes the CIPO model in general and public service activities in preschools in Vietnam. After that, the CIPO model applied to preschools was analyzed and discussed. The influencing factors in CIPO are analyzed with Vietnamese conditions to make a policy to manage public services in preschools in Vietnam.
