Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a research model on factors affecting the decision to choose an investment location of domestic investors. A survey of 412 domestic investors in Phu Tho province was used to perform the empirical analysis. The research model is tested using the quantitative methodologies such as correlation factor analysis, multivariate regression, and analysis of variance. According to the findings of the study, four elements influence the decision to choose a domestic investment location: local potential, investment incentives, local brand, and labor market. Based on the research findings, the chapter has recommended several strategies to attract investment to the province of Phu Tho in the future.
