Abstract: Abstract Creativity and decision making are two interrelated and interdependent skills that are essential for solving problems, creating value, or achieving goals in various contexts and domains. This chapter reviews the existing literature and models on creativity and decision making, and it explains their strengths and limitations, and how they relate to systems thinking. Systems thinking is a way of understanding and analyzing complex phenomena as interrelated parts of a whole, rather than as isolated elements. This chapter also discusses how creativity and decision making can be influenced by various cognitive, emotional, social, and contextual factors, and how they can enhance or conflict with each other. The chapter aims to provide a better understanding of the concepts, theories, and practices of creativity and decision making, as well as how they can be integrated with systems thinking. The chapter also offers some practical implications and applications of these models to different problems or goals in various contexts and domains.
